Waverley Kitchens

Part of a renovation of a grade B listed Tenement. The doors are all made from solid oak, painted in Farrow and Ball Inchyra blue, solid oak shelving with integrated lighting. The island is made up for reclaimed timber planks. The worktops are Silestone quartz. This kitchen also features an induction hob which was flush mounted in to the worktop which has an integrated extraction unit. Theoriginal brickwork of the walls was exposed and sealed

This kitchen was built from some of the last few stocks of Elm available. We built a kitchen made to last. The cabinets are all made from Birch plywood. Mitred corners on the island and continous grain throughout the length of the kitchen create a stunning unusual look in this brand new house.

Spray finished in Farrow and Ball Manor House Grey. additional oak cabinets with integrated extractor, oak panelling. Topped with Corian Rain cloud with waterfall sides and moulded in sink. Stainless steel splashbacks.

Installed in a brand new home on the Isle of Skye, Constructed from Lacquered birch plywood with formica applied to the doors and panels. Topped off with SIYRO resin work surface applied to birch plywood. A stylish practical kitchen with a useful combination of open shelving, doors and loads of solid timber drawer boxes running on the best Dynapro drawer runners.

This kitchen is constructed entirely from American Tulipwood and hand painted in Farrow and Ball all white. The boiler cabinet doubles up as a blackboard and also features book storage. Finished perfectly with oak worktops, copper handles and accesories

a simple, but very stylish and practical kitchen. Birch ply doors finished in Blanchon Bare Timber oil to give a raw timber look. The worktops are Birch ply with Formica applied with an undermounted sink.

Melamine faced birch plywood make up the base for this beautiful hardworking kitchen. Gradient colours are provided by Formica and the chevron ceramic tiling. Stainless steel bonded to birch ply make sturdy worktops for life. a combination of open shelving, doors, lift up flaps, drawers and pull out larders make a very pratical kitchen

Birch plywood cabinetry and Fomica doors and surfaces make a very modern kitchen for this traditional Glasgow tenament kitchen. Matching Formica table and benches for the nook. 

This is the kitchen that started us off on our way to making handmade kitchens and the kitchen that started our love affair with birch plywood. Anna gave us free reign to do what we wanted and we embraced it. plywood, Formica, open shelving, great design - all the hallmarks of a Waverley kitchen. The worktops were made from 2 different types of leftover bamboo flooring. The shelving on the back of the island came from an old workshop at the old polaris submarine base. A mish mash of things that creat a great synergy. We worked hard on this kitchen . We could still  be found in the workshop at 3 in the morning putting this one together. It was a lot of fun.

Built entirely from Birch plywood. This room was built as a room for working on crafts and storing plenty materials. Attention to detail is evident in all the pictures
